An agile best practice is to conduct 360-degree peer evaluations, which involves getting team members to write evaluations of each other.

This web app allows all team members to complete peer evaluations of each other. Teams can be created by entering logins for team members manually or by uploading a CSV file (making it ideal for classroom use).

Evaluations can be scheduled periodically and assigned deadlines. After being checked by a manger, anonymized feedback is returned to peers. A team members can see a history of what she or he wrote, and what their peers wrote about her/him.
